The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team seeks a Senior Social & Creative Producer to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production oversight, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration—ensuring work is delivered on scale, on strategy, and with system‑level efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end creative production: oversee the full lifecycle of creative asset production, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Champion craft: maintain and advocate for the highest level of creative quality across all deliverables.
- Manage budgets for agency campaigns and/or internal studio projects, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within $1M+ scopes.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring campaign goals, creative direction, and operational plans are understood and executed effectively.
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to align creative operations, production teams, infrastructure, and technology platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Architect and continuously improve cross‑functional workflows that enable reusability, automation, and data‑informed storytelling across teams and agencies.
- Implement systems and processes that drive operational efficiency and scalability.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Veo, Adobe Gen Studio, Firefly) and automation platforms into creative workflows to accelerate asset creation and optimize output quality.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve documentation, playbooks, and tooling systems to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and efficiency across all creative and production teams.
- Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative intelligence, and other teams to translate insights, audience data, and performance signals into scalable creative architecture and actionable plans.
- Champion continuous improvement by leading reviews of processes, tools, and outcomes, and recommending enhancements to drive innovation and business impact.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s compliance, accessibility, and governance standards. Maintain licensing, rights, and related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field and 3+ years integrated marketing (digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience (or equivalent).
- 3+ years experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations (or equivalent).
- Portfolio of work showcasing experience producing social campaigns and projects; experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross‑functional teams; experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations; experience producing at multiple altitudes—from asset‑level execution to systems‑level thinking.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and 5+ years experience in integrated marketing, event management, marketing strategy, or operations; 5+ years integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations; proficiency in Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365; experience in business‑to‑business or enterprise marketing; strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
