The Senior Video Editor is responsible for editing compelling video content for use across marketing channels, ensuring consistency, speed, and brand alignment. This role supports creative campaigns, evergreen content, and internal communications, while improving workflow efficiency by bringing key post-production capabilities in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Editing and Execution: Edit a range of video deliverables, including evergreen and partnership campaign assets, paid social assets, and internal assets. Ensure each asset is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for platform and audience.
  • Media Management: Organize and maintain footage libraries, project files, and delivery templates to ensure efficient and consistent workflows across multiple campaigns.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Interpret and apply feedback from multiple stakeholders. Balance creative direction with brand standards and technical specifications.
  • Motion Graphics: Highlight brand benefits using supers, promo bugs, endcards, and other graphics using prebuilt or templated After Effects files. Collaborate with the design team on implementation.
  • Process Collaboration: Work closely with producers and creative leads to shape post-production best practices, helping to eliminate redundancies and improve speed-to-delivery. Stay attuned to the latest developments in video editing and motion design techniques, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality through emerging tools and AI-driven solutions.

This position requires 0‑5% travel.

Qualifications

  • Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
  • 5+ years of video editing experience, including branded content.
  • Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and asset compression best practices.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to stay current with industry trends, editing techniques, and advancements in AI‑enhanced post‑production workflows.
