If you're looking to make a real impact and evolve within a brand-driven organization, this role offers the creative freedom and growth potential to do just that.**What You’ll Do:*** Design campaign adaptations across POS, digital, sales enablement, and social channels.* Create and maintain templates for regional reuse, ensuring consistency and scalability.* Support light motion graphics projects (After Effects or similar).* Ensure perfect file hygiene—your files are clean, organized, and ready for handoff.* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, creative directors, and external agencies.* Contribute to the evolution of our design system under the guidance of the Design Creative Director.**What We’re Looking For:*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field.* 1+ years of professional design experience.* Adobe Creative Suite power user (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).**What Will Set You Apart:*** Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.* Experience in creative agency or fast-paced marketing environments is a plus.* Motion design skills (even light ones) are a bonus.* Completion of a respected design program preferred.* Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.* Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.#LI-MC2Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
