Role Description

The Marketing Manager oversees the execution, optimization, and management of marketing initiatives across Ultimate Resort Vacations (URV) properties and affiliated entities. This role is responsible for managing core marketing platforms, analyzing data, leading cross‑department collaboration, and mentoring the marketing team. The Marketing Manager ensures that brand strategies are executed efficiently, campaigns are on time, and deliverables meet both creative and business objectives.

This position acts as the key liaison between corporate leadership, agency partners, and property teams, ensuring alignment across all advertising, PR, and digital efforts. The role requires a strong blend of project management, analytical ability, and creative oversight to drive performance across multiple destinations and brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury brand marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, digital advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adchieve, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Experience managing media agency and PR partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management discipline
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional workflows.
