We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our multimedia services across Mayo Clinic's enterprise. This full‑time hybrid position requires on‑site presence three days a week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of a Mayo Clinic location (Phoenix, Jacksonville, Rochester).

Responsibilities
The Division Chair leads and manages the Division of Media Support Services, drives coordination and leadership activities across the enterprise, oversees media development, production and distribution across all Mayo Clinic entities, and coordinates media activities with the Mayo Clinic Health System. The role involves strategy development, client/vendor relationships, staff coaching and mentoring, participation in institutional oversight groups and committees, resource planning, budgeting, and system design decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in multimedia disciplines, including 7 years of management/leadership experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated depth of training, knowledge and experience across multiple media types.
 - Broad experience with personnel management, resource allocation, virtual teams, coaching and mentoring.
 - Recent, relevant success in leadership and management, preferably in healthcare.
 - Experience managing custom and vendor‑supplied products and services.
 - Strong decision‑making and consensus‑building skills.
 - Understanding of finance, business processes, budgeting and HR development.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - History of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
 - Current Accredited Media Manager certification, or active pursuit within 2 years.
 
Other Information
- Non‑sponsorship: This vacancy is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
 - Exempt position.
 - Compensation: $181,604 – $272,417 per year.
 - Schedule: Monday–Friday; 80 hours per year; 50% work hours paid.
