Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instrumental Music Teacher located in Yonkers, NY. The Instrumental Music Teacher will be responsible for teaching music theory, instrument performance, and conducting music classes for students. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, preparing students for performances, and organizing music-related activities. The teacher will also collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance the overall student learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Music Theory and Music
• Music Performance and Piano skills
• Experience in Music Education and teaching music
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• No Visa provided. Must be US resident/citizen
• Masters degree in Music Education or related field
• Teaching certification in music is preferred
