Location: Denver, CO — Salary: $150,000 - $180,000. Duration: Long Term.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Angular, React, UI/UX design, and backend Python to join R Systems' digital product engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications from concept through deployment.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services as required by project needs.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop dashboards and applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code in accordance with team standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross‑platform compatibility and responsiveness.
• Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies: Angular, React, UI/UX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong backend experience with Python and server‑side logic.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Database knowledge: SQL and NoSQL.
• Version control proficiency (Git).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure full stack development.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
