These roles provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or other medical professionals. They focus on assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Typical tasks include: taking patient histories; measuring and monitoring vital signs; preparing patients for examinations; and assisting with minor procedures.
Individual contributors provide support in direct service, operational, technical, or administrative functions under moderate supervision.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
Experience: No experience required.
Licensure: ECG Certification with the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine or National Telemetry Tech Certification with the National Telemetry Association required within 12 months of hire date.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail; ability to write legibly; may be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and cold.
Position Compensation Range: $15.37 - $23.82 Hourly
