Role Description
This is a full‑time role for an Insurance Producer, located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for engaging in insurance sales, cultivating relationships with potential clients, providing outstanding customer service, and handling insurance inquiries. The candidate will also focus on employee benefits solutions and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Employee Benefits is beneficial
- Ability to work on‑site in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex
- Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
