About The Role Corrado Properties is looking for a Marketing & Public Relations Manager to work out of the corporate office in Palm Beach, Florida. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this person will be responsible for coordinating all marketing and public relations activities for the portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate all marketing and public relations activities Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including the marketing database, email, SEO and display advertising campaigns Direct the social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media Manage media inquiries and interview requests Create content for press releases, byline articles and presentations Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis Build relationships with thought leaders to grow hospitality industry awareness Research and analyze market trends and competitors Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple departments and types of media Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the executive team Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them Requirements & Qualifications Proven working experience in marketing and public relations Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing and public relations campaigns at both a local and national level Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media outlets Exceptional writing and editing skills In‑depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work occasional weekends Creative and entrepreneurial attitude Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Our Benefits Health Benefits 100% Life Insurance Paid Vacation Time Employee discount for friends and family We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
