Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Grafana Dashboard Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Workforce Management team. The successful candidate will be passionate about turning complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable Dashboards. You will leverage your skills in data analysis, coding, and design to construct valuable reports aiding business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Grafana dashboards and reports focusing on KPIs and system health.
Integrate various data sources such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), time-series databases (Prometheus, InfluxDB), and APIs for comprehensive data analysis.
Ensure dashboards meet high UI / UX standards, providing a seamless user experience with logical structuring and visual appeal.
Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing competing tasks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Communicate progress and interact efficiently with senior leadership, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Must-Have Skills
Proficient in Grafana for complex dashboard creation.
Advanced knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
Strong understanding and application of UI / UX principles in data visualization.
Industry Experience
Prior experience in Workforce Management or similar domains where data-driven decision support is key is beneficial but not mandatory.
