The Role You’ll Contribute The Director of Corporate Sales has oversight for the Corporate Sales Team across the Central Florida Division (CFD) (North and South Regions) including Centra Care, Occupational Health and Integrated Health Services (IHS). Manages and directs a corporate sales team accountable for multi‑million‑dollar accounts. This role requires a strong and resourceful leader possessing exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to create, develop and respond to corporate RFPs, service needs and develop and execute retention programs, while ensuring excellent customer service. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

Manages the Corporate Sales Team, including hiring, training, and overseeing client acquisition and retention strategies.

Develops and leads the organization’s strategic response to occupational health RFPs, negotiating and executing contracts.

Develops integrated corporate retention programs, providing customized data‑driven educational programs and services.

Develops and maintains annual budgets, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.

Exercises independent decision‑making processes to identify, plan, and execute goals.

Conducts market research, collecting and analyzing consumer data to understand customer needs and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Understands financial statements, including volumes, payor mix, EBDIT, and expense structure.

Works across marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

5 years of business‑to‑business experience

3 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration or related field
