Marketing Coordinator – eCommerce
Location: Anaheim, CA
Status: Full‑time | On‑site | Non‑Exempt
Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What You’ll Do
Support and optimize product listings across:
Shopify
Amazon Seller Central
TikTok Shop
Instagram Shop
Track sample deliveries and follow up to ensure engagement and feedback.
Maintain and update CRM records; assist with lead nurturing campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
Assist with email marketing, social media scheduling, and digital content updates.
Monitor platform performance and suggest ideas to boost visibility and conversions.
Contribute fresh ideas to improve customer experience and digital strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or customer outreach
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or Instagram Shop is a plus!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Passion for natural products and wellness‑driven brands
A team‑first attitude and desire to grow with a collaborative company
On‑site availability in Anaheim, CA (Monday–Friday)
