Advertising Campaign Manager Location
Fully Remote (Domestic US). Must work standard PST core hours. Duration
7 months (potential extension after budget approval). 40 hours/week; occasional overtime 1–2 times per year during busy events. Pay rate Range
$40 to $45 per hour. Key Responsibilities
Lead digital marketing campaigns for in-product surfaces (console, PC, mobile). Recommend new campaign ideas and define audience and testing strategies. Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and optimization in partnership with Analytics and Data Science teams. Develop a consistent playbook for campaign and creative communication across internal and external teams. Support go‑to‑market (GTM) planning by sharing creative executions and reporting on performance. Partner with Product Marketing to align roadmap, audience, and priorities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, design, operations, and analytics teams. Candidate Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, campaign management, advertising, or digital merchandising. Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field. Disqualifiers: Resumes containing typos or spelling errors. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in ad trafficking or paid ads management; experience managing web campaigns, websites, and A/B testing; passion for gaming – understanding gaming audiences and trends. Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience leading digital campaigns with measurable performance improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders. Excellent project management and time management capabilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization. Experience in subscriptions, entertainment, or technology industries. Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming ecosystems. Top 3 Hard Skills Required
