Position Overview We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for architecture. This role involves contributing to all phases of design and documentation for multi‑family (mid‑rise/high‑rise) and religious projects, collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to all phases of design and documentation
Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design process
Conduct site analysis and research relevant codes and regulations
Support project coordination and documentation from schematic design through construction administration
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience in multifamily, mixed‑use, and commercial projects
Proficiency in Revit and plug‑ins such as Enscape, as well as AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software
Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings processes, building codes, and zoning regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong design portfolio showcasing both conceptual and technical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project coordination and architectural design
Proficiency in construction documentation and administration
Strong drafting and design development capabilities
Work Environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with in‑office days on Tuesdays through Thursdays and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The office is a beautifully designed open space in a Downtown Brooklyn high‑rise, offering 360‑degree views of the city. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office (Tues–Thurs), remote Mondays and Fridays.
