We are expanding our presence and capabilities in New York and need a talented Digital Marketing Executive to boost user acquisition through online advertising.

What We Seek

Performance marketing mindset: Use all available conversion data to optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms). Ensure key KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, CPL, and CPA are hit within budget.

Data‑driven: Analyze and leverage data from tools and platforms to create end‑to‑end marketing campaigns based on research and analysis.

Expertise in Google Ads & paid social: Hands‑on execution in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms.

Test & learn mentality: Experiment with new channels, A/B test targeting, strategies, and creatives.

Problem‑solver: Design creative online campaigns that move User and Driver Acquisition numbers.

User empathy: Think from the perspective of a user or driver and build seamless user journeys.

High autonomy: Self‑organized, passionate, and capable of owning end‑to‑end projects; perform any other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in e‑commerce or tech industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced setup on performance ad platforms (e.g., SEM and PPC).

Strong understanding of Google ad formats.

Experience setting up remarketing/retargeting ads.

SEO optimization experience: keyword analysis, conversion optimization, content marketing.

Experience running A/B testing.

Data collection and analysis skills.

Ability to source information and learn on the fly.

Analytical and critical thinking mindset.

Independence, drive, and teamwork ability.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Good command of English.
