Total compensation: $145,000 – $185,000 per year.

The Senior Manager Global Product Marketing, Chemistry & Immunoassay Solutions is a business‑critical role responsible for the global product commercialization strategy and post‑launch campaign development and execution for our chemistry and immunoassay product lines. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:
Develop global marketing strategy and build compelling value propositions for Beckman Coulter’s clinical chemistry and immunoassay solutions with the end goal of upholding positioning, driving product adoption and attachment rates, and growing product revenue.
Lead campaign development and strategic initiatives as part of the Global Product Marketing Plan through collaboration across cross‑functional teams—including Product Management and Regional Marketing—to generate product claims matrix, forecasts, evidence plans, thought leadership initiatives, global campaigns, sales training, tools, and collateral.
Cultivate partnerships with key experts to support the elevation of product/solution/disease state thought leadership.
Use customer, market and business insights to find opportunities for campaign optimizations that allow us to differentiate our products in the marketplace, grow product revenue, and move healthcare forward.
Develop expertise on customer buying criteria, market segmentation and the competition to build strategies that win in the market and best position the business.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 14+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Doctoral degree with 9+ years of experience.
In‑depth understanding of the hospital laboratory environment and hospital laboratory stakeholders.
Strong knowledge and experience in the IVD industry, encompassing marketing, product launch and commercial practices.
Demonstrates adeptness in communication and influencing across all organizational levels.
25‑35% required travel to support business activities, ability to travel internationally.
It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:
Sales, marketing, or product management expertise in chemistry or immunoassay products.
In‑person, preferably Chaska MN or Brea CA, may be remote for qualified candidates. This position may be eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.

The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $185,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
