Creative Director & Equity Partner , you will:
Define and lead the
creative direction and brand identity
of Beloma.
Develop a
content engine
across Instagram and beyond (concepts, reels, campaigns, storytelling formats).
Shape the
visual language and tone of voice
that differentiates Beloma in the beauty & wellness market.
Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives.
Experiment, test, and refine creative concepts to drive reach, conversion, and community engagement.

Qualifikation
Proven background in
creative direction, brand strategy, or content creation .
Strong sense of
aesthetics, cultural trends, and digital storytelling .

Passion for
beauty, wellness, or longevity
is a big plus.
Hands‑on skills (e.g. video editing, design, or copywriting) are highly valuable.
