Position Summary
The Graphic Designer collaborates with cross functional teams for developing innovative and strategic marketing, communications, and branding solutions for assigned design projects. This role involves working closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
Responsibilities
Design effective Marketing deliverables by challenging and pushing ALLDATA creative to persuasive, high-impact concepts.
Participate in the development of marketing programs, creative concepts, campaigns and promotional strategies for inbound and traditional outbound marketing activities.
Prepare project work to be accomplished and complete customer-journey flow (story-board).
Assist with development and illustrating cutting edge concepts and design rough layout of creative elements and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Complete approved concepts efficiently and effectively to meet marketing objectives and commitments.
Oversee asset development including illustrations and photo shots.
Possess an attention-to-detail work ethic to ensure compliance of ALLDATA brand standards and guidelines across all mediums.
Demonstrate an interest in media trends, user interaction best practices, and other creative platforms (audio, video, photography).
Collaborate with creative team to ensure team is current on all the media trends, user interaction best practices (digital and traditional medias), including the necessary skills to complete assigned tasks that deliver high-impact and high-quality (attention to details).
Ensure all work is accounted for in WorkZone including tasks and resources (both internal and external).
Coordinate with outside vendors including promotional item vendor, printers, photographers, illustrators, Interactive Media vendors, etc.
Requirements
An Associates Degree or equivalent training or a minimum of 3+ years’ work experience
A strong portfolio showing competency, consistency, and creativity across multiple media platforms
Proficiency in software designing within Marketing Automation Tools such as Act-On, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, or similar
Experience with Drupal content management system preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to details.
Certifications in UX, UXD, iXD, HCI, or Visual Design - not required but preferred
The salary range for this position is $62,900 – $105,000.
