Print Designer, Women's Fashion BCI Brands Founded in 1975, BCI Brands is a leader in women’s fashion with a multi‑brand platform that includes CeCe, Vince Camuto, Ted Baker, 1.State and Parker. Responsibilities Partner with the CAD Director and Design team to drive and develop new print collections for each delivery per season. Create original artwork (prints & embroideries) for dresses, separates, and other garment types. Develop multiple colorways of prints to fit into seasonal color stories. Scan and clean purchased prints and vintage artwork, perform color matching, create repeat patterns, and reduce colors for production. Rework print layouts to fit garment patterns for production orders. Communicate with overseas mills regarding artworks for development. Track all artwork developed within the CAD department. Interpret seasonal fashion direction and merchandise trends as they relate to the brand. Analyze customer responses to trends by reviewing sales data and creating updated prints that support the research. Create print boards for showroom appointments. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in women’s apparel, specifically in the Print/Textile/CAD departments. Strong color and print sense. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Technical knowledge of fabric construction. Strong understanding of print layouts and building repeats. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and Microsoft Office suite. *Online portfolio / samples of work required for consideration* The annual salary range for this full‑time position is dependent upon experience between $85,000 and $100,000.
