As a key partner, Aquent is seeking a talented individual to drive user‑centric design within a dynamic product development environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into intuitive and engaging digital solutions, directly influencing the user journey and ensuring our digital offerings are not only functional but also delightful and consistent with brand excellence. What You’ll Do Leverage user experience research insights to inform and accelerate critical product discussions and decisions, shaping the direction of digital solutions. Apply industry best practices and established standards to craft compelling visualizations, serving as the essential blueprint for front‑end development. Design and create high‑quality user experience elements and components, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interaction for users. Ensure all digital solutions consistently adhere to established brand standards and design guidelines, maintaining a cohesive user experience. Develop detailed wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and specifications that guide development from concept to completion. Maintain and evolve comprehensive style guides to ensure consistency across various delivery methods and product iterations. Champion user‑centered design principles, employing appropriate methodologies, tools, and protocols throughout the design process. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Demonstrated expertise in leveraging user experience research to drive design decisions and product innovation. Proficiency in creating wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. Solid understanding and application of design methodologies and user‑centered design principles. Ability to incorporate branding and design guidelines effectively into product development. Experience collaborating with front‑end developers to translate concepts into functional solutions. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of digital consistency.
