Digital Content Coordinator Join to apply for the DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR role at Cleveland Public Library . Digital Content Coordinator – (Non-Bargaining Unit) Pay Grade 4 (49,650.00). Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Location: Marketing. EXTERNAL POSTING UNTIL FILLED. Job Summary This position supports Cleveland Public Library’s (CPL) marketing initiatives by leading the creation, management, and updating of digital content across the Library’s digital and social channels, ensuring consistency with the library’s brand and voice. Effectively and efficiently tell the organization’s story, monitor analytics to improve outreach, and support the library’s mission to connect with the community through digital engagement. Assist with general marketing activities. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or related field required. Experience 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, advertising, or public affairs environment or company required. Two years’ experience writing and editing compelling digital content and other business communications required. Two years’ experience coordinating projects, special events, meetings, conferences or productions is required. Two years’ experience coordinating with vendors and suppliers, contracts, pricing, timelines, etc. required. Two years’ experience budget tracking and reporting preferred. Experience in a nonprofit or public agency preferred. Technical Expertise Self-starter with a critical and creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outgoing and collaborative communicator with superb written and verbal communication skills. Experience utilizing marketing related software, social media platforms and digital applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, online analytics, Google Ads, etc. CMS - WordPress for website updates. Must demonstrate strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Ability to use analytics to test, evaluate, and refine digital storytelling strategies; perform data entry, generate reports, copy, manage and track documents and information. Effectively manage time to meet operational needs and desired outcomes and plan and organize the steps to implement new projects. Analyze situations accurately to make well-informed decisions. Work effectively under pressure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Attendance – Adhere to Library attendance and work schedule policies. Adhere to Library work rules, procedures and policies, and collective bargaining agreements. Reliability – Consistently perform required duties.
