About the Role As a Sales Associate aboard the Charleston harbor cruises, you will provide world-class guest service while creating memorable photo experiences. You will be trained to navigate new waters and help guests capture their memories. Key Responsibilities Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs. Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience. Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively. Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers. Operate POS system and photography equipment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Team player who can work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions. Ability to work in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions. Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred. At least 16 years of age. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Other Requirements Evening availability and comfortable working on boats. Photography experience not required.
