A Design Architect with the creative depth to inspire, the technical command to deliver, and the leadership presence to elevate the team around them. This role sits at the intersection of artistry and execution. It will drive design vision from idea through early realization while ensuring that the studio operates with excellence, rhythm, and clarity. The ideal candidate will bring a designer’s mind, a builder’s practicality, and a leader’s instinct. Key Responsibilities Lead concept and schematic design across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects. Establish and maintain the firm’s design vision and standards, while ensuring that every concept expresses our ethos: intentional, artful, and alive. Collaborate closely with the interior design and construction teams to integrate creative ideas into practical, buildable solutions. Present design ideas to clients with confidence and narrative clarity. Translate vision into tangible form. Mentor, train, and guide a team of designers and project architects, fostering an environment of continual learning and creative ownership. Manage workloads, staffing, and project assignments to ensure efficiency and balanced team capacity. Uphold accountability for deadlines, design quality, and documentation excellence. Implement systems and practices that align the studio’s daily work with the firm’s broader goals of innovation and craftsmanship. Operational & Strategic Impact Partner with firm leadership to evolve the creative process and continually strengthen the bridge between design and construction. Contribute to project profitability through thoughtful planning, communication, and efficiency. Champion a culture that reflects our firm’s core values: transformation, collaboration, and integrity. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and 7+ years of relevant design experience. Proven ability to lead concept and schematic design for custom, high‑end residential and commercial projects. Experience mentoring and managing architectural staff within a creative studio environment. Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional design sensibility, spatial awareness, and storytelling ability. Deep understanding of construction methods and integration of architecture with interiors and build teams.
