You will play a critical role in crafting and executing positioning strategies that spotlight our leadership, ensuring our brand is both trusted and influential within the public discourse on crypto asset management. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing tailored communications initiatives and thought leadership content - Securing high-impact speaking opportunities for our executives - Managing executive communication platforms that align with business goals and bolster trust with stakeholders. A significant focus of this role will be the creation of a robust policy and crisis communications program. This includes establishing response protocols and monitoring media landscapes to enable our company to navigate the fast-paced crypto and asset management sectors effectively. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 10 years of communications experience in asset management, financial services, or other regulated industries, with a preference for those with crypto or fintech expertise A proven track record of building executive visibility, particularly through social media Expertise in crisis communications and managing reputation risks Established media relationships and exceptional writing and speechwriting skills Experience leading external agency partnerships Your executive presence and capacity to serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite will be crucial, as will your ability to craft narratives that enhance and protect our company's reputation across diverse audiences.
