About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on driving data-informed decision-making by leveraging tools like Power BI, conducting A/B and multivariate testing, and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing marketing performance, streamlining operations, and delivering actionable insights that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting: a. Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track key marketing metrics, lead operations status and BDR performance metrics b. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and inform strategy. c. Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data- driven recommendations. 2. Marketing Operations: a. Oversee the tracking and delivery of lead delivery metrics to ensure high- quality lead handoffs to BDR teams. b. Monitor and analyze BDR performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead flow, pipeline contribution, and marketing-generated opportunities. c. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools. • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, testing methodologies, and optimization strategies. • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Client). • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data analysis. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. • Familiarity with data governance and ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Prior experience in B2B marketing analytics and operations.
