We are seeking a dedicated and creative volunteer Content Writer/Social Media Manager to join our team of passionate individuals. This volunteer role involves creating compelling written content and managing our social media platforms to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our organization's initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and write engaging content for our website. Conduct research and gather information to create informative and relevant articles and educational resources. Collaborate with the team to identify and address the content needs of Enriching Young Minds. Manage social media platforms (such as Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram) by creating and scheduling posts that align with our mission and values in a timely manner. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Utilize social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach. Stay up to date with industry trends, education-related news, and relevant topics to ensure the content remains current and engaging. Requirements: Strong written communication skills with an ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and target audiences. Knowledge of content creation best practices, including SEO optimization and writing for the web. Experience managing social media platforms and a good understanding of social media management tools. Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to analyze data to inform content and strategy decisions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
