The in-house Legal & Compliance team at Blackstone is seeking an experienced compliance operations professional to support the Global LP Communications compliance team. We are seeking an experienced, inspiring, collaborative, adaptable candidate to support the marketing and distribution compliance processes across the firm. The candidate will report to a Managing Director of Legal & Compliance. In addition to having a solid grounding in knowledge management, training, staffing, resource forecasting, and technology implementation, the successful candidate is detail-oriented, organized, hard-working, highly motivated, and process-driven. The candidate should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

The individual will enhance their compliance, operational, and project management skills through the following core responsibilities:

Manage and support technology solutions, including workflow management, user configuration, document repositories, and reporting to drive efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across the firm Establish a foundation to provide excellent processes around efficiency, organization, and communication for cross-functional teams, including knowledge management and process automation tools Develop, maintain, and conduct training on operational policies and procedures relating to marketing and distribution compliance Implement processes and procedures that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and appropriately manage risk, while ensuring that business teams have a clear understanding of the processes and procedures for working with the LP Communications team Support the management of internal and external team resources, including onshore and offshore consultants and service providers Build forecasts using internal databases and systems to gain insights and drive decision making Respond to routine inquiries regarding business processes and the use of systems Support teams with other projects or tasks on an as-needed basis Qualifications:

B.A. or B.S. required, J.D. or MBA preferred. Candidate who holds a J.D. or MBA must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidate who holds a B.A. or B.S. must have more extensive professional services management or technology-centric project management experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Excited by regulatory compliance technology and dynamic projects Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to assist colleagues Skilled communicator with strong organizational skills who effectively manages competing priorities Meticulous and vigilant, with excellent attention to detail Intellectually curious with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with legal department-related software platforms such as: Adobe Pro, Asana, Monday.com, DocuSign, Jira, Office 365, and Microsoft Office suite Excellent research and writing skills Exceptional organizational skills; skillfully juggles many projects at a time Sound professional judgement Desire to continuously learn Communicates confidently and effectively; excellent presentation skills Works well independently while remaining a strong team player Interprets regulatory requirements and business terms effectively Substantial initiative, creativity, and drive The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Expected annual base salary range:

$138,000 - $200,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
