to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated
SEO and SEM strategies
that drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep expertise in both
organic search optimization
and
paid media performance marketing .

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other SEM campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to uncover new growth opportunities. Write and test high-performing ad copy and creative assets aligned with search intent and brand goals. Manage budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to achieve strong ROI and conversion performance. Perform ongoing A/B testing of ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance CTR and conversion rates. Partner with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure paid search and organic strategies are aligned. Analyze and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to guide data-driven optimization decisions. Develop and implement SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified traffic. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization for landing pages, product content, and blogs Collaborate with content and web teams to integrate SEO best practices into site architecture, metadata, and internal linking. Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site speed, crawlability, mobile usability, and schema markup. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track and analyze performance. Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends to maintain strong rankings. Prepare and present regular SEO reports highlighting traffic growth, keyword movement, and conversion impact. Build, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) that support brand awareness and lead generation. Test and refine creative, audience targeting, and messaging to drive engagement and conversions. Identify and execute cross-channel opportunities to align SEM, SEO, and social strategies into a unified marketing approach. Collaborate with analytics teams to measure attribution, customer journey performance, and campaign ROI. Explore emerging performance media channels such as programmatic, native, and video advertising. Develop and present comprehensive performance reports summarizing insights, results, and recommendations. Leverage campaign data to refine strategies and continuously improve visibility, efficiency, and conversion outcomes Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing
SEO and SEM
campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment. Strong understanding of
search engine algorithms, PPC bidding strategies, and keyword optimization . Experience with
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager , and SEO tools such as
SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz . Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience managing
paid social media advertising
campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Proficiency in
A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and reporting dashboards. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
