You will spearhead the strategic development and execution of our organization's brand voice, reputation, and executive communications strategy. We are looking for a visionary who can define and promote the narrative around clean power, aligning it with our core values and mission. You will oversee all corporate messaging, shape our organizational voice, and lead innovative thought leadership and executive communications campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing significant brand and reputation budgets, identifying and mitigating reputational risks, and providing counsel on sensitive issues. A vital aspect of this role is to build and mentor a high-performing team of communicators while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. To be a strong fit for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (an advanced degree is preferred) and have at least 15 years of experience in strategic communications, branding, or corporate affairs. We seek a candidate with a proven track record in leading brand and narrative strategy, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensuring measurable ROI from campaigns. Your communication expertise should include corporate storytelling, the ability to simplify complex issues into clear, persuasive messaging, and a commitment to the values of excellence, integrity, and transparency. Team leadership experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the clean energy sector are essential. You should have exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills and the capacity to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels under pressure.
