The Marketing and Promotions Manager supports The Casino @ Dania Beach's mission to bring excitement and enjoyment in an inclusive environment and advances our vision of being an entertainment company in constant evolution. This role is responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing engaging promotions and events, both onsite and offsite, that enhance the guest experience, strengthen community connections, and drive revenue growth.

What you will be doing Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive promotional strategies and programs onsite and offsite. Provides host/emcee services for promotions and casino events. Develops and executes strategies to maximize casino revenue through strategic business alliances and offsite promotions. Works with Promotions Coordinator to assure promotions and giveaways are run smoothly and fully staffed. Responsible for execution of promotions including set up & breakdown as well as: making sure if event staff is needed, stage design, coordination with IT, Maintenance, Hosts have scripts, digital needs are created and set up, any F&B needs, Patron Management needs are set up (coupon codes, promotional setup, etc.) Communicates promotional information to the Marketing Team, Casino Floor Staff, Players Club and ensures the team understands how the promotions function as well as how they will execute and explain promotions to patrons. Tracks budgetary expenses on promotions. Works with purchasing manager to acquire promotional items for the Players Club gift shop as well as items for promotions and events. Works with Player Development team on VIP events and helps coordinate and execute. Oversees the items for promotions including the inventory and auditing. Writes State Proposals and submits to appropriate persons. Utilizes Patron Management for promotional purposes including creating and issuing coupon codes for promotions, creating promotions and promotional awards, pulling data for reports including promotion audits as well as extractions, creating and updating comp information and other tasks as assigned. Ensures all necessary collateral materials are displayed during the promotion and removed once promotion ends. Creates and manages the calendar for offsite promotions, special events, and co-branded campaigns. Collaborates with the internal marketing and promotions teams to develop promotional materials, creative briefs, and communication plans for all offsite activities. Researches and identifies potential business partners, such as hotels, travel agencies, cruise lines, local businesses, and entertainment venues, to drive offsite promotions. Negotiates and structures favorable partnership agreements, terms, and promotional offers. Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies specifically for external partners to attract new and existing customers. Attends and hosts offsite promotional events as a casino ambassador to foster relationships with partners and key clients. Maintains strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and identifies opportunities for growth. Manages, evaluates, and trains staff members, as assigned. Collaborates with legal and compliance teams to ensure all onsite and offsite promotions and materials adhere to regulatory requirements. Safeguards the confidential nature of guest, department, and company data; adheres to all policies and procedures set forth by the casino to minimize risk to the business and to guests. High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Casino experience preferred. Players Club experience preferred. Promotions experience preferred. 5+ years of proven marketing, management, and customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or casino industry preferred. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Must be able to analyze Promotions and Marketing data and information. Must have keen attention to detail, organization, and time management. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must be willing to learn Players Club and box office systems to expert level. Must be willing to learn and follow cash-handling procedures in casino setting. Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks Physical Requirement

Physically able to handle the demands of the job, including prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift, push, or carry up to 25 pounds. Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including assisting customers on a semi-enclosed, well-ventilated terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted. Frequent movement, including bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs as needed during event setup and breakdown. Benefits
