Website Support:
Assist with updating and maintaining
Quick Move-In home pages
on the company website, ensuring accuracy and engaging presentation of available homes. Content Creation:
Support
community filming and photography , including capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting with on-site shoots (travel within Indiana required). Email Marketing:
Build and edit
email campaigns in HubSpot
using branded templates; assist in testing, proofreading, and scheduling sends. Event Planning:
Help plan and coordinate
community events , including logistics, promotion, and on-site setup and support. Campaign Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team on
campaign strategy and execution , including brainstorming creative concepts and tracking campaign performance. Content Writing:
Write and edit
captions and posts
for social media platforms that align with brand voice and campaign goals. Analytics & Reporting:
Assist in tracking engagement metrics across web, email, and social media channels; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. General Marketing Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed on various projects and initiatives.
What Will You Bring?
High School diploma 2 years Collegiate Coursework (Junior / Senior Grade Level) Coursework in Marketing preferred Strong Analytical and software Engaging communicator and collaborator Diligent project and task management skills *Relocation Assistance is not available*
