Job Title: Developer - UI
Contract/ Contract to Hire
Minneapolis, MN
Position Summary: The Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of business and technical IT solutions using appropriate software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. The role may focus on:
Core Technologies : Enterprise-level systems. COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) : Implementation and customization of vendor software solutions. Niche Technologies : Specialized platforms such as eCommerce systems, mobility, and TPF
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement components of business and technical solutions in alignment with SDLC best practices. Participate in implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system conversions. Analyze and resolve technical and business problems using appropriate tools and methodologies. Apply specialized expertise in a specific area such as system integration, cross-functional development, knowledge engineering, or legacy system modernization. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical environments. Validate project scope, timelines, and deliverables for assigned tasks.

Experience:
2-6 years of relevant experience. Locations Accepted:
MSP (Minneapolis) or ATL (Atlanta); remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications.

- Proficiency in using Figma and incorporating design component libraries. Communication & Collaboration

- Airline industry experience is highly preferred.
