Volumod is a fully integrated business model designed to manufacture modular solutions for our investors who provide the opportunity to control each project and all manufactured product from land to lockup. The factory is forecasted to manufacture up to 1,000,000 sq/ft over the first four years.
Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role works closely with the marketing team, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and designed to engage target audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and newsletters. Manage the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. Support website updates, SEO efforts, and online content management. Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Organize and support events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries. Assist with internal communications, press releases, and brand consistency efforts. Perform administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly. Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time onsite position; typical office hours with occasional evenings/weekends for events. Compensation & Benefits:
