Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the SVP, Global Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans. Leading teams specializing in growth marketing, content generation, and event execution. Mentoring the marketing team to transform into a strategic powerhouse driving business growth. Encouraging cross-functional collaboration and providing actionable optimization recommendations. Demonstrating marketing's value across the commercial organization. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the B2B AdTech/SaaS sector. Proficiency in growth marketing, content marketing, and event marketing. Strong leadership skills to align with regional and global leadership and develop a high-performing team. Experience in go-to-market strategy formulation, data-driven decision-making, and budget management.
