Builder Community Manager , you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding Base's vibrant online builder communities. You'll engage developers and creators across platforms like Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Farcaster. Additionally, you will organize live events, manage grant programs, and create compelling content to nurture and develop the Base ecosystem. Community Management:
Lead and enhance Base's builder communities across various platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Farcaster). Grant Programs:
Design and oversee community-driven grant programs to empower builders. Live Events & Content Creation:
Host engaging live events, manage online interactions, and develop fun, informative content for the community. Support Channels:
Serve as the main point of contact for builders, addressing support inquiries and resolving issues. Feedback Synthesis:
Gather and analyze community feedback to influence product development. Public Ambassador:
Represent Base publicly, articulating its mission and values. What We Look For
Experience: 8+ years in technology and crypto, especially in community-driven projects. Experience in a crypto startup or project. Proven track record of managing and expanding teams in fast-paced settings. Community Expertise: Strong connections within the on-chain builder community. Active presence on social media with a following, particularly on crypto-focused platforms. Skills: Outstanding communication abilities; comfortable with public speaking and live events.
