Job Description
Develop and implement dashboards and reports for clinical and quality outcomes in the provider space, supporting clinical quality efforts. Analyze source systems, define data sources, and design data models and transformation requirements. Lead requirements gathering with business partners and technical teams for data visualization projects. Collaborate with Data Engineering to access and understand relevant data, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. Create and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms aligned with business needs. Present solutions independently, working proactively to resolve data and visualization challenges. Serve as a Technical Product Owner, delivering specifications to support clinical and quality data analysis.
Critical Information
Shift: 8-5 EST/CST, Monday to Friday Remote work required, must work EST or CST hours Must submit a work sample (pbix or PDF) of visuals and model level details Post-employment benefits available after 90 days; 401(k) with company match after 1 year Work environment involves short-term project focusing on report migration and data visualization
Education/Licenses Needed
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field Experience with Power BI, SQL, SSMS, and data modeling Health care (Home Health) experience, especially with Home Care Home Base system, OASIS datasets, is preferred Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and analytics tools experience is a plus
