Assist the publicity team with administrative documents, including status reports, RSVP documents, screening requests, critics' grids, calendars, agendas, and press request grids. Since this is festival and awards season, you will help adapt schedules for breaks, reviews, and reaction memos based on screening schedules. Maintain talent schedules for press days and upcoming events with keen attention to detail. Format and organize press breaks and reviews for all of our titles. Research and collect title-specific news coverage and online reactions, then format them into related documents (e.g. Reaction Memo, Press Breaks, Reviews). Draft screening reports for specific titles and awards screenings. Create and edit email blasts and social media materials using Photoshop and Premiere. Coordinate phone interviews for talent and filmmakers. Provide assistance to the Publicity team, particularly in managing special projects and administrative tasks. Providing support for special events and screenings as necessary Application Information:

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
Must be available to work in person 23 days per week for the duration of the internship

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour. School credit is optional, and documentation can be provided if needed. No relocation assistance is available. Our interns are onsite and in person based in either the New York or the Los Angeles office. Schedules vary based on department needs and your availability. We do our best to work around your class schedule.
