Prescient Design team (AI for Drug Discovery) is seeking an experienced
UX Researcher
to bridge the gap between world‑class scientists and AI development teams. You’ll lead user research for advanced AI and LLM‑based scientific tools, shaping user‑centered product strategies that accelerate biomedical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
UX research and usability testing
to inform product strategy and identify workflow pain points.
Design and execute
usability studies
using diverse methodologies (contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, interviews).
Gather, analyze, and track
qualitative and quantitative user feedback , driving continuous improvement of AI models and tools.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence product direction and enhance user engagement.
Develop and maintain
user‑testing infrastructure , including recruitment pipelines and research documentation.
Collaborate closely with
AI/ML engineers, scientists, and cross‑functional stakeholders
to align product features with user needs.
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in
UX research
for complex, expert‑facing or technical systems.
Proficiency in
qualitative and quantitative research methods , usability testing, and data analysis.
Hands‑on experience with platforms like
UserTesting
or
Contentsquare .
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: experience with
LLM‑based tools ,
agentic frameworks , or
scientific/biomedical software .
