Marketing Manager - Zoot Sports Europe

About the opportunity Zoot Sports has recently acquired our European distributor and we are now looking for an enthusiastic & energetic Marketing Manager for our European Business to become an intricate member of our team to help turbo charge our Growth in the region. Our European office is based near Dortmund, Germany.
Responsibilities
Works with Zoot HQ Marketing department to plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various media (digital, print, etc.) making sure the brand is best represented in Europe while driving sales performance.
Coordinates with Global Marketing to ensure all marketing assets are received in a timely manner to ensure European product launches are aligned with Zoot HQ launches.
Analyses the performance of product launches in Europe and works closely with Zoot HQ to execute European specific marketing activities to ensure the success of those launches.
Collaborates closely with Zoot’s European HQ DTC team to manage the performance and marketing activities for Zoot Europe’s DTC site including
Oversees the performance marketing budget and collaborates with the DTC team to execute activities with the monthly spend.
Manages the e-commerce marketing external agencies to drive the performance marketing agenda.
Develops European specific content and marketing strategies with the DTC team for execution.
Works with the DTC team to analyze the performance of SEO and SEM tactics.
Manages key Sponsored Athletes/Teams and Key Partners in Europe to ensure athletes/teams under contract are fulfilling their annual marketing requirements and providing relevant content to be utilized for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Coordinates and executes Marketing activities at Key Triathlon Events throughout Europe.
Works closely with Zoot HQ to manage the Team Zoot ambassador program in Europe including - overseeing Team Zoot’s direct online store; Implementing strategies to attract new Team members, and enhancing the Team Zoot web pages/ Team App to be more interactive with the Team.
Required skills and qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital and DTC channels.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify), CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to translate consumer insights and data into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience with campaign ideation and execution, and strong copywriting and storytelling abilities are a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong Fluency in English/German.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
