As our Marketing Growth & AI Strategist, you'll own the digital channels that drive Itential's revenue growth - from SEO, AEO, and paid campaigns to website optimization and ABX programs. This is a hands‑on role where you'll both strategize and execute, using cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate our digital transformation.

Your Impact at Itential: As our Marketing Growth & AI Strategist, you'll own our entire digital growth ecosystem - driving pipeline through SEO, AEO, paid media, and conversion optimization. You'll manage campaigns directly across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels while turning our website into a conversion machine through strategic CRO experiments. Your expertise in marketing automation will power sophisticated ABX programs that align perfectly with sales priorities. You'll leverage AI tools to move faster and smarter - from generating ad copy to enriching account data. Working closely with RevOps and Sales, you'll ensure every digital touchpoint contributes to measurable pipeline growth. Your relentless focus on experimentation and optimization will transform how we attract, engage, and convert enterprise buyers in the network automation space.

Technologies You’ll Master: Growth Stack:

Paid platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic/retargeting

Analytics & SEO/GEO: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, schema optimization

MarTech ecosystem: Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, Outreach, Gong, Quicksite

Data enrichment: Clay, ZoomInfo, Vector

AI tools: Custom GPTs, Claude, MCPs, monitoring agents, N8N, etc.

What Makes You Our Ideal Growth Strategist: Core Skills We Need:

5+ years crushing it in B2B digital demand generation (ideally SaaS/infrastructure)

Proven track record running paid campaigns and tying results directly to pipeline

Hands‑on WordPress expertise - you can ship updates without waiting for developers

Data fluency - comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio, and SFDC reporting

AI-native mindset - already using GPTs and automation to 10x your output

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field

Bonus Points For:

Network automation or enterprise software marketing experience

Google Ads/Analytics certifications

Experience with ABM at scale

Marketing ops or RevOps background

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field required

Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in digital demand generation (SEO, paid media, CRO) for B2B, ideally SaaS or infrastructure tech required

Proven ability to run paid campaigns directly (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and tie results to pipeline in SFDC required

Hands-on experience with WordPress (front + back end), HTML/CSS/JS required

Skills & Competencies:

Familiar with marketing platforms: Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, GSC, 6sense, Gong, Qualified, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo

Data-driven, fluent in dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio), and able to translate numbers into pipeline impact

AI-native: comfortable using GPTs, agents, and automation frameworks to move faster and smarter

Strong communicator who can collaborate with RevOps and Sales but doesn't need hand-holding

Comfortable in a senior IC role where you're both strategist and doer, capable of working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where adaptability is key

Relentlessly curious - you proactively explore new tools, signals, and experiments to unlock growth

Certifications/Licenses:

None required

Preferred Qualifications Education:

Advanced degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field

Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications

Experience:

Experience in network automation, infrastructure, or enterprise software marketing

Previous experience with ABM/ABX programs at scale

Background in marketing operations or RevOps

Skills:

Experience with marketing attribution models and multi-touch analytics

Familiarity with network infrastructure and automation concepts
