Who You Are:
You're a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are comfortable leading both internal teams and public-facing initiatives. You excel at building bridges across departments, aligning diverse perspectives to drive unified strategies and shared success.
Other qualifications include:
10-15 years of experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, preferably in events or conferences Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels Proficiency with CRM systems, especially HubSpot A keen eye for branding and design Experience in public-facing roles, with the confidence and presence to lead webinars, moderate panels, and represent the organization at conferences and events. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Willingness to travel to 4-5 conferences annually across the U.S. Creative problem-solving and a collaborative spirit A passion for continuous learning and professional growth What You'll Do:
As the Senior Marketing Strategy Director, you will shape and implement marketing and growth plans for our organization. This role requires a versatile leader to engage audiences with innovative campaigns beyond email marketing, generate inbound leads, and boost engagement with our database and conferences. The Senior Marketing Strategy Director will bridge creative marketing and sales, aligning messaging and strategy across the operations, sales, and marketing teams.

Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive inbound leads Aligning messaging across marketing, sales, and operations Leading creative campaigns and exploring new outreach channels Representing the company in webinars, panels, and live events Managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving team needs Gathering insights to craft compelling content Supporting team dynamics through resilience and collaboration
