A global supplier specializing in the design and manufacture of water filtration, purification and separation products for distributors and OEMs is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce to lead growth across Amazon, Home Depot and multiple D2C brand websites. This high-visibility role will build and scale the digital engine behind one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer goods, water filtration and home improvement. As the strategic owner of ecommerce performance, SEO, paid media and digital content you will lead a creative and data-driven marketing team to deliver revenue acceleration, marketplace expansion and brand impact. Salary Range:

$110,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE

Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Responsibilities: Build and execute ecommerce and digital marketing strategies to grow online revenue and brand awareness Lead paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Amazon Advertising Own Amazon and marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, content, SEO and performance metrics Develop, track and report KPIs, conversion rates, CAC/LTV and campaign ROI across all channels Manage budgets, forecasts, channel spend and pacing recommendations Oversee email and retention marketing programs using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp Drive organic growth with SEO strategy, content optimization and landing page improvements Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary creative and marketing team Improve operations by establishing productivity frameworks, project management and cross-functional alignment via monday.com Identify emerging digital trends, tools and technology that drive competitive advantage Ensure brand consistency while supporting distinct strategies for each product line Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Requirements:

5+ years of digital marketing and ecommerce leadership experience in consumer goods Demonstrated success growing revenue through Amazon + major online retailers Hands-on experience with B2C ecommerce, Shopify and marketplace management Fluent in SEO, SEM, retargeting, paid media optimization and multi-channel data analysis Team leadership experience Expertise with analytics tools and marketplace tools Strategic mindset with operational rigor Strong copy, communication and presentation skills High-ownership, energetic personality with a passion for accountability and performance Bachelor's in Marketing or related field Benefits:
