Unwell is seeking a
Senior Live Events Producer
to lead the end-to-end production of branded and owned live experiences—from high-profile talent events and podcast tours to large-scale brand activations and cultural moments. This person will own the full production lifecycle, managing creative execution, budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site operations with precision and style.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments, and has a proven track record executing top-tier events within the entertainment, music, or lifestyle marketing industries. You understand how to bring brand storytelling to life through immersive experiences and know how to make things happen—on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production of live events and activations—from creative concept through execution and wrap
Partner with internal creative, brand, and partnerships teams to translate ideas into tangible, experience-driven events
Develop and manage budgets, production schedules, run of shows, and vendor contracts
Source, negotiate, and oversee third-party vendors including A/V, scenic, fabrication, stage management, talent hospitality, and logistics
Manage on-site execution, acting as the lead producer across rehearsals, load-ins, and live show management
Oversee event staffing, permitting, security, and health/safety protocols in line with local regulations
Ensure a seamless attendee experience and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
Partner with Marketing, Social, and PR teams to capture content and post-event deliverables
Drive post-mortems and wrap reports to assess performance, identify learnings, and continuously elevate event production standards
Qualifications
7+ years of event production experience within entertainment, experiential marketing, or agency environments
Proven success producing high-profile live events, from intimate influencer dinners to large-scale activations
Strong knowledge of creative production, staging, scenic design, lighting, A/V, and experiential builds
Experience working with celebrity talent, brands, and premium partners
Excellent communication, leadership, and budget management skills
Strong creative instincts and the ability to translate brand strategy into real-world experiences
Ability to thrive in a start-up-meets-studio environment—adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
