To support the growth of our flagship store in the U.S., we are looking for a
Senior Designer based in Scottsdale , with strong experience in luxury interiors, a passion for Italian design, and a solid portfolio of residential and custom‑made projects.
Key Responsibilities This role is central to delivering our promise of excellence to high‑end clients in the U.S. market. The candidate will lead projects from concept to installation, working closely with private customers, interior designers, and real‑estate developers.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Managing design projects end‑to‑end, including needs analysis, concept development, and final execution
Creating and presenting floor plans, 3D renderings, and detailed technical drawings
Advising clients on materials, finishes, and product selections aligned with brand standards
Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution
Supporting the sales team with high‑level design expertise and client engagement
Mentoring junior designers and contributing to continuous improvement of showroom standards

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a talented and client‑focused designer, with proven ability to deliver sophisticated interiors in a fast‑paced, premium environment.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior or kitchen design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of Italian or European cabinetry and finishings
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is a strong plus
Portfolio of residential/luxury projects preferred
