We're hiring for a Marketing Manager!
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives that drive B2B lead generation and brand engagement. This role will focus on campaign execution, automation, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement marketing campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert leads.
Lead Google Ads strategy and optimization to improve traffic and ROI.
Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
Oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead flow and sales alignment.
Monitor campaign performance and lead metrics to drive improvements.
Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of marketing KPIs.
Stay current on B2B marketing trends, CRM systems, and automation tools.
Provide creative direction to the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency.
Skills & Qualifications: Experience in digital and B2B marketing
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
Strong communication and project management skills
