UI/UX Engineer We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer to work remotely across Ukraine, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Estonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Georgia, Montenegro, Serbia, Czech Republic, and Greece.

Accountabilities

Design and implement user interfaces using Figma and AI design tools.

Develop production‑ready frontend code with Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Build and maintain scalable component‑based UIs using structured design systems such as NextUI or HeroUI.

Translate strategic product requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.

Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams while maintaining autonomous design execution.

Optimize accessibility, usability, and performance across digital platforms.

Requirements

Strong UI/UX design background, with advanced Figma expertise.

Experience transitioning from design to frontend development.

2+ years of hands‑on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Proficiency with AI design tools for rapid interface creation.

Independent problem‑solving skills and ability to build scalable component architectures.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously from high‑level references.

Nice to Have

Experience with design systems and component‑based architecture.

Background in D2C product development or performance marketing.

Familiarity with accessibility optimization and usability testing.
