About The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy & Ops Coordinator to support the CEO and marketing team in running an organized, data-driven, and well-aligned marketing function. You’ll help keep campaigns moving, calendars clear, and reporting on point – basically, making sure big ideas turn into real results. It’s a great fit for someone early in their career who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and curious about how strategy, creative, and performance all connect.
What You’ll Do
Maintain the master marketing calendar and support planning across paid, CRM, content, and product
Coordinate tasks and timelines across teams to keep launches and campaigns on track
Support asset trafficking, campaign setup, and deliverable tracking
Pull and consolidate weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, sales)
Assist in preparing marketing recaps and updates for the CEO and leadership
Help track budgets, invoices, and project documentation
Keep team operations organized – from meeting notes to project trackers and follow-ups
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project support
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management, and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Clear communicator who enjoys keeping people aligned and informed
Eager to learn about how marketing strategies are built, executed, and measured
Calm under pressure and proactive when things get busy
What Success Looks Like
Marketing campaigns that run smoothly and launch on time
Clear visibility for the CEO and team on what’s happening and what’s next
Reporting that’s consistent, accurate, and actionable
A marketing team that feels coordinated, efficient, and supported
