About the Role We’re seeking a
Head of Marketing
who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll build the marketing foundation from the ground up, defining positioning, crafting institutional narratives, and leading multi‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership on go-to‑market milestones, token‑related initiatives, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every campaign aligns with brand and business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who has led marketing in
institutional fintech or digital assets , and can translate complex technology into clear, compelling messaging for sophisticated audiences.
What You’ll Do
Define and own the marketing strategy and roadmap across awareness, content, and growth
Craft narratives and campaigns targeting institutional audiences (custodians, funds, ETFs, etc.)
Lead execution of campaigns tied to product milestones, fundraising, and token initiatives
Create high‑impact marketing materials: press releases, explainers, decks, and social content
Develop sales collateral and enablement resources to support business development efforts
Collaborate on co‑marketing with ecosystem partners and contributors
Manage content and communication across social and digital channels
Measure and report on campaign impact and continuously refine strategy
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of marketing experience in
B2B, fintech, or institutional crypto
Proven ability to market to sophisticated audiences and drive measurable results
Experience crafting and executing go‑to‑market campaigns independently
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across content formats
Comfort working in lean, fast‑paced startup environments
Strategic mindset with the ability to operate tactically when needed
(Bonus) Familiarity with staking, tokens, and on‑chain ecosystems
