ACHC-accredited

home care agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sales Representative

Position Summary This is an

outside sales position

responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing referral relationships within

Indian River County

or

St. Lucie County .

The Sales Representative will work in alignment with Activa Home Care's

mission, vision, and core values , focusing on building trusted partnerships and generating consistent

home care referrals

to meet monthly

admission goals .

This individual must possess a

proven track record

in

marketing strategy implementation ,

relationship-building , and

business development , ideally within the healthcare or senior care industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand a strong network of referral sources within the assigned territory

Build and maintain productive relationships with hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, and other community partners

Create and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive referral growth

Conduct regular outreach, in-person visits, and professional presentations to potential referral partners

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless coordination of client admissions and care transitions

Track referral activity, measure success, and adjust strategies to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in

healthcare sales, marketing, or business development

(home care or home health experience preferred)

Strong

networking, communication, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

Knowledge of the

local healthcare market

(Indian River or St. Lucie County preferred)

Valid driver's license

and reliable transportation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)

High School (preferred) Experience

1 years: Basic knowledge of physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities Basic knowledge of case management and discharge planning services Ability to regularly travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings (required) 1 years: Knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas (required) 1 years: A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry (required) Skills
